Public Transportation
- from Kusatsu Station (JR Biwako Line)
take the Kusatsu line and change to the Shigaraki-Kohgen-Tetsudoh at Kibukawa Station and get off at Shigaraki Station. 20 minutes from the Shigaraki Station on foot.
- 5 minutes from the Shigaraki Station by the Kohka City Community Bus Service.
- 70 minutes from JR Ishiyama Station. Take the Bus to "Tanakami-shako-iki"and change the bus goes to "Shigaraki-iki", and get off at the "Tougei-no-mori-mae"
by Car
- from Kyoto and Osaka Area
take Meishin Freeway and change to Shin-Meishin Freeway at Kusatcu JCT, and get off at the Shigaraki IC. 8 minutes from the Shigaraki IC.
- from Nara and Wakayama Area
take Nishimeihan Line and change to Meihan Line. 30 minutes from the Mibuno IC. on the Meihan Line.
- from Nagoya Area
take the Higashimeihan Line and change to the Shin-Meishin Freeway at Kameyama JCT, and get off at the Shigaraki IC. 8 minutes from the Shigaraki IC..
